General terms and conditions and payment terms
The confirmation of our product (visa, tour or ticket) is regarded as a binding booking. Pasvikturist AS is then obliged to operate the tour/carry out the service. If the tour or experience is cancelled or not operated by Pasvikturist AS, all payments made to Pasvikturist AS will be refunded. If the cancellation is owing to weather and snow/road conditions, external strikes (transport companies or similar) or other conditions beyond the control of Pasvikturist AS, we will attempt to claim the expenses from the party responsible for the cancellation.
Visa application: If the application has been lodged with the Russian Consulate, the client must cover the cost of the visa regardless of the timing of the cancellation. A minimum charge of NOK 500 applies.

Tours to Russia – Cancellation and payment terms

Cancellation deadlines:
● In the event of cancellation one month or more prior to the tour, no cancellation fee applies.
● In the event of cancellation less than one month prior to the tour, 50 % of the total fee must be paid.
● In the event of cancellation less than 48 hours prior to the tour, 100 % of the total fee must be paid.

In the event of cancellation 48 hours or more prior to the tour, no cancellation fee applies.
In the event of cancellation between 24 and 48 hours prior to the tour, 50 % of the total fee must be paid.
In the event of cancellation less than 24 hours prior to the tour, this is regarded as a no show and 100 % of the total fee must be paid.
Groups (10 or more people) - Payment terms:
The product/service must be paid for in advance, unless otherwise arranged.
We will send you an invoice or charge your credit card. This will be arranged with the client in advance.
Groups (10 or more people) - Cancellation terms:
All cancellations shall be made in writing. The cancellation deadline for the entire group is three weeks prior to arrival. The client may reduce the number of participants by 10 % up to one week prior to the group’s arrival at no cost. In the event of cancellation/reduction over and above this, 100 % will be charged.
If the client’s cancellation applies for the entire group, the following cancellation deadlines apply:
● In the event of cancellation three weeks or more prior to the tour, no cancellation fee applies.
● In the event of cancellation less than three weeks prior to the tour, 50 % of the total fee must be paid.
● In the event of cancellation less than 48 hours prior to the tour, this is regarded as a no show and 100 % of the total fee must be paid.
Package tours in Norway including accommodation /transport - Cancellation and payment terms

Please note!
Pasvikturist AS reserves the right to change or cancel a tour if the tour cannot proceed owing to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. prevailing weather conditions). In such cases, we will obviously refund all payments made to us.
