General Manager: Monika Raab
Monika has worked at Pasvikturist since 2007. She has an education in travel and tourism and considerable experience from both Germany and Norway. As Monika comes originally from Germany, she speaks fluent German as well as English and Norwegian. She has worked in the tourism industry in Kirkenes for nine years. As a result, she has very good local knowledge, knows about all the tourism products and has formed good collaboration with all the local suppliers. Monika is also responsible for the company’s marketing.

Senior Partner: Arne Wikan
Arne Wikan is the founder of the company Pasvikturist AS and has slowly but surely built up the business. He began as a sole proprietorship in 1990 and since that time has developed and expanded the company in a very sound and professional manner. Arne is the sole of the company and has much knowledge about the local history on both the Norwegian and Russian side of the border. A guided tour with Arne is an experience in itself.

Olga Vasilieva
Olga has worked at Pasvikturist AS since 1997. She has also been involved in building up the company and has very good knowledge about the products. Olga comes originally from Russia and is the expert with all bookings to and in Russia. She is very knowledgeable about Russia, local conditions, hotels, flights etc. She has established good contacts with reliable sub-contractors and collaboration partners in Russia. Frode Bjørnestad Paulsen
Frode is our receptionist and answers the phone. He is a service-minded mann with previous experience in the hotel branche. Frode can help you with the most. He works with visa applications, hotel reservations, train reservations and the majority concerning Russia. He can also assist with enquiries about excursions in Kirkenes.

Arild Bjørseth
Arild is the man who controls the finances. He works only part-time and is the one to contact about invoices and other accounting related enquiries.

Kurt Wikan
Kurt Wikan is our man out in the field. He is an experienced and knowledgeable guide. A tour to Russia with Kurt is an interesting and personal experience.
