KI29 Day trip by dog sledge to the Norwegian-Russian borderland (6,5 hours)

Join us for sightseeing in Pasvikdalen valley – learn all about our unique nature and culture. Pasvikdalen is home to Norway’s largest population of bear. We drive our dog sledges along the Norwegian- Russian border and into the Pasvikskogen forest. You can drive you own dog sledge if you want, with children as passengers. We serve coffee/tea and lunch outdoors round an open fire or in our Sami lavvu. Normal physical health is required, as our guests are involved in attaching/removing the harnesses and driving the dog sleds.

KI14 Dog-sledge trip in Norwegian-Russian borderland incl. dinner (5,5 hours)

Guided tour through Pasvikdalen valley. Help us prepare the dog sledges before setting out into the "polar night". In good conditions, you will see the northern lights dance across the skies as we travel along the border between Norway and Russia – an exotic adventure in an Arctic climate. We end the trip with a delicious meal served in a Sami lavvu. Normal physical health is required, as our guests are involved in attaching/removing the harnesses and driving the dog sleds.

KI30 Husky Safari Kirkenes (4 hours)

Join us on husky safari in beautiful nature. Enjoy the silence of the landscape while going with your own dog team, or are seated comfortably in the sledge as a passenger. See arctic animals in amazing winter landscape. Feel the interaction between you and the dogs while being guided safely trough the winter borderland. The trip ends with visiting “Gapahuken restaurant”, a unique example on arctic architecture. We will give you an unforgettable food experience based on local ingredients.

KI25 Exclusive dog sledding trip with overnight stay in the borderland. (30 hours)

Join us and our dogs in the borderland. We show you how to drive a dog sled, and with one husky team each we drive along the Norwegian – Russian border and into a cosy cabin in the forest. On arrival, we make a fi re and have lunch around the fi replace. We spend the night in the cabin, where we have dinner in the evening, and for those who want to it’s possible to have a sauna. We spend the night in Myrbekkoia, one of the cosiest cabins in Pasvikdalen valley. Breakfast will be served (to both dogs and people) before we return to the valley’s biggest husky kennel.
