How do I apply for a visa?

 

Non-Scandinavian Citizens:

We recommend to apply for a visa in your home country either at a Russian embassy or you can use a authorized visa service in your home country. Pasvikturist supports your visa application with the necessary invitation/visa support. Please, contact the nearest Russian embassy for information about documents needed for the Russian visa application.
Attention: There is a fee you'll have to pay directly to the embassy for processing your visa application.

To issue the invitation/visa support we need: either scan copy of the first page of your passport by e-mail/fax or following information from you:

- full name

- date of birth

- passport number

- validity of passport

 

Non-Scandinavian Citizens with residence or work permit in Norway:

 

We need following documents to be sent by post to our adress:

 

1. Original passport

            Note! Your passport must be valid 6 months after departure to Russia.

 

2. One passphoto

            The photo need to be attached on the top right corner of the visa application.

 

3.  Filled in and signed visa application form

Remember to check that all detalis are correct, both work adress and place, home adress and phone numbers.This has to be filled it.

Note! Uncompleted application form may prevent you from getting a visa, or you may be extra charged. Please remember to sign the form!

 

4. Copy of valid work/residence permit in Norway. 

Visa handling time at Russian Consulate for EU-citizens and citizens of Norway is 5 days. For other countries - 11 working days. Extra fees for faster processing of application (express visa).
