KI33 Hunting for the Northern Lights along the Russian border
On this trip you do not drive your own snowmobile. You can sit comfortable and warm in the sledge and just enjoy the winter landscape and hopefully the Northern lights. Start by minibus and guide in Kirkenes, 20 min drive to our base "Solvang Gård" in Pasvik valley. Guiding on our way. Pasvik valley is a fascinating wilderness area and the border to Russia. The trip is both a nice nature experience and provides information about the interesting history in this border area. On our base we start our snowmobile trip out on the ice of the Pasvik river. Experience the cold and dark climate while hunting for the Northern lights along the Russian border. After the trip we serve a light meal in our cosy hut.

KI 32 Hunting for the Northern lights on snow mobile (exclusive tour, max 5 guests)
We start out from Kirkenes by minibus, 20 min drive to Solvang Farm in Pasvik. Pasvik valley forms the border with Russia and is a popular spot wilderness area. The trip is both a great nature experience and provide insights in the valley's history. In Solvang Farm, we provide a short driving course and safty instruction before we go on snowmobile safari out on the ice of the river. You can drive by yourself of share a snow mobile. Experience the dark, cold, but wonderful climate we live in and hopefully experience the Northern Lights Aurora Borealis. Afterwards, we gathered in a cozy little hut and serving coffee / tea and a light meal. A very exclusive ride in small groups of maximum 5 persons.
Transportation from / to Kirkenes and warm clothing is included.
No guarantee to see the northern lights.

KI 04 Northern lights safari by Snowmobile
Snowmobile trip to the mountains between Finland and Russia. Cultural historical guided tour. Tea/coffee and reindeer meat served during trip. Driving licence for car/motorcycle required. Children under 16 as passengers only. Trip lengt ca. 24 Kilometers. Before start by snowmobile our guide gives you a driving lesson and security briefing. KI14 Dog-sledge trip in Norwegian-Russian borderland incl. dinner (5,5 hours)
Guided tour through Pasvikdalen valley. Help us prepare the dog sledges before setting out into the "polar night". In good conditions, you will see the northern lights dance across the skies as we travel along the border between Norway and Russia – an exotic adventure in an Arctic climate. We end the trip with a delicious meal served in a Sami lavvu. Normal physical health is required, as our guests are involved in attaching/removing the harnesses and driving the dog sleds.
