KI32 Aurora Borealis - Experience the Northern light on a snowmobile trip (4 hours)

We start by minibus from Kirkenes to valley Pasvikdalen (25 min.). Out in the open, the Northern Lights are untainted by the artificial lights of the town. Guide provides information as we travel. We continue by snowmobile and drive out onto the ice covering the Pasvikelva river, the border river with Russia. We start on our hunt for the Northern Lights. Light meal and coffee served in our cosy cabin. Experience our dark, cold, but exotic climate - may be the northern light "Aurora Borealis" will appear above us?

Length of snowmobile trip: approx. 15 km. 
Driving licence for car/motorcycle required. Children under 15 as passengers only.

KI14 Dog-sledge trip in Norwegian-Russian borderland incl. dinner (5,5 hours)

Guided tour through Pasvikdalen valley. Help us prepare the dog sledges before setting out into the "polar night". In good conditions, you will see the northern lights dance across the skies as we travel along the border between Norway and Russia – an exotic adventure in an Arctic climate. We end the trip with a delicious meal served in a Sami lavvu.
